'Keystones - the pink granite cliffs of Freycinet'
Acrylic
Gallery wrap canvas 30" x 40"

The artwork Keystones, is of the pink granite cliffs of Freycinet National Park in Tasmania. I painted this reflecting on the importance of rock as an integral part of the water cycle. Layers of rock collect, direct and hold sea mist and rains into the soils which sustain the vegetation.
Hidden in the Hills - Artists of the Dandenong Ranges
This beautiful limited edition book has been produced by Jacqui Christians, Tracey Roberts and Mark Westaway to celebrate artists currently living and working in the Dandenong Ranges. I am very humbled to be included in its pages. It is a truely significant and historical marking of this moment in time. It is only available from UP Gallery in Sassafrass, Victoria for a limited time.

Luxembourg Art Prize Entry 2021
I submitted my piece 'Hope, Strength and Resilience to the Luxembourg Art Prize this year. Although I was not selected as a finalist, I am very pleased that I was issued a certificate of artistic merit. 'The Museum issues a certificate of artistic merit for the year of participation to all artists who distinguished themselves from a qualitative perspective, whether or not they are finalists.

The objective of the certificate is to provide official recognition from the Museum to artist participants whose merit and artistic talent have been specifically noted.' www.luxembourgartprize.com/en/
